The base travel rate is $1.26 per kilometer, aligned with standard vehicle running cost guidelines.

A fuel adjustment may be applied on top of this base rate depending on current diesel prices. This adjustment is set using the table above and reflects average local pump prices.

The actual per kilometer rate will always be confirmed when quoting, so you know exactly where you stand.

As fuel prices come down, the adjustment will be reduced accordingly.

Fuel pricing is based on local pump averages and may be updated periodically.

Rates may be adjusted outside standard bands in the event of significant fuel price changes.

The minimum call-out may be adjusted in response to significant changes in fuel pricing to ensure travel costs remain consistent and fair.
